Claire's 'Dreamsicle' 3 coats with NO top coat 

Ummmm..... There was some serious bubbles in my application of Claire's 'Dreamsicle'. This is a very pretty color, but is translucent and would benefit from a white polish base or even an opaque nude base, so that the brush-marks and sheer-ness would not be apparent. I had planned on doing some nail art, but ended up removing this before it fully dried. When I wear it again, I will try to avoid getting bubbles by using thinner coats.

Also - I have switched to shorter false nails for now. These are the Nailene Active Square nails. However I will be posting some older mani's with longer nails, so hopefully that isn't too annoying ( i read that on MUA) I am trying to post a few of the photos that were stuck in my SD card for my camera around Valentine's Day. I have like, 15 mani's that need to posted, so I plan on cranking out alot of posts in the next few days. Also I ruined another bottle of T.C. This one I purchased for my new swatches I am currently making. ( photo below)

Anyhoo - here's some more photo's of Claire's 'Dreamsicle'. I officially endorse Claire's polish and Icing as well. For a few years I totally avoided these brands after repeatedly picking out and purchasing super-duper sheer polish's and being disappointed = but the last 5 or so I have bought have been wonderful.

♥ Billie - 'Hot Shimmers' Skittles ♥

So I finally have all of this collection called 'Hot Shimmers'. I already had picked up the orange polish 'Burning hot' in spring time. Its strange how sheer the blue polish is, 'Hot to Trot' =  while the others are somewhat sheer.

On the diagonal I have applied 2 coats of N.Y.C. Skin Tight Denim, and layered these polish's over it = which is what I will likely do when I wear these polish's in the future. I was impatient and did not let N.Y.C. Skin Tight Denim dry thoroughly- so on some nails you can see where I picked it up the N.Y.C. with the polish and some polish 'bleeding' is evident.... All my nails have 2 coats of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat.

♥ Sally Hansen - 'Diva' - layered ♥

~Sally Hansen 'Diva' 3 coats & 2 coats of Nailene Acrylic Strong Top Coat~

I picked up this pretty purple polish a few months ago, along with a slew of other discounted Sally Hansen New Lengths Ceramics at a pharmacy in my town. These polish's were sold in a cute little package with a Sally Hansen 'Clear' nail polish. I grabbed a few doubles and because I thought they were all pretty colors, I went back to buy the rest of them = and they were all gone! All that was left were a frosty white....and a sheer peach color. Bummer! I tried this in the store and I thought that it would be opaque - NO!!!! = its really sheer but it is a very pretty color, and for $1.00 CAD I am sooooooo not complaining.

These Sally Hansen polish's are still available in Canadian stores, they are approx $3.50 ish at most stores, this collection has some pretty surprising polish's, they look really plain and boring on the shelf but some of this are showstoppers! I have jazzed this up this mani in another post HERE, and will likely layer this polish in the future with N.Y.C. Skin Tight Denim....... or another deep rich polish.
