New Hair dryer

So the other day I went to plug in my hair dryer and it wouldn't turn on. I went to check the breaker box and the breaker wasn't flipped, but I flipped it anyway. Still no luck and so I tried plugging my dryer into other outlets and finally determined it was broken. I was not very happy because I have only had the dryer for like a year. It was a Jilbere ceramic model from Sally Beauty. It had glowing ratings, but I have never had a dryer quit on me after only a year. I guess I won't be getting one of those again.
