Many people know that I have a great love and respect for cheese of all sorts. What's not to love right? Cheese is so freakin awesome and you can do so much with it.
I was quite excited today when The Laughing Cow Cheese fan page on Facebook posted that they wanted fans to post pictures of their favorite ways to eat their products. So you guessed it - I totally jumped on that opportunity and had a little fun in the kitchen creating some snacks, taking photos and of course eating!
