Fun with Orly Royal Navy and Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure

I'll just let the pics do the talking on this one. Here is 2 coats of Orly Royal Navy (blue) topped with one coat of Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure (flakies) and then a clear coat of Seche Vite. This changes color like crazy depending on the light and you can see that here in the pics. Enjoy =)

Sally Hansen - Hidden Treasure

Lookie what I finally found? While my husband and I were in Chicago he saw a Kmart and wanted to go check it out. They got rid of Kmarts in our state a long time ago. My husband used to love going there since they have really good deals on DVD's and I had fun checking out their cosmetics and accessories.

I'm really glad now that he wanted to stop there since I found the last bottle they had of Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure! It has been long sold out where we live and to be honest I had almost forgotten about it.

This polish has been reviewed and photographed to death online so I won't go there. But I will still give you some pics. And some links incase you missed the hoopla the first go round.

Here's Scrangie's review and also Nouveau Cheap!

Hidden Treasure is cool by itself, but when you get to layering it over darker colors it looks freakin awesome! Be sure to check out the links above to see what I'm talking about. This is beautiful flaky goodness at it's finest =)

Here's a few bottle pics - ENJOY!

Sally Hansen Blue Me Away! with Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure

Today's manicure is Sally Hansen Blue Me Away! with Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure on ring fingers. Two coats of polish topped with Seche Vite. Blue is my most favorite nail polish color and it really dominates my nail polish stash. I can't get enough! Blue Me Away! is like a bright Superman blue cream. I love it and it wears so well.

Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure was a bit difficult for me to capture on camera as it does better on darker shades. In actuality it looks really gorgeous with Blue Me Away!

Essie Haute As Hello - and Glitter Accent Nail

I love really fun manicures and I'm definitely a fan of accent/glitter nails. Here's a recent look I did using Essie Haute As Hello. It's a gorgeous bright coral orange cream that is perfect for Spring's orange trend. For the accent nail, I used Orly Iron Butterfly topped with Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure. All nails are finished with Seche Vite Fast Drying Topcoat. I used 3 coats of Essie Haute As Hello.

Here is the manicure in both natural and indoor lighting:

Glitter accent nails are a fun and easy way to spice up your manicure. The possibilities are endless. What's your favorite combo?
