This is a great basic that you could wear by itself of glitz up with some cute jewelry and accessories. If you feel it is too low cut a tank or tube top could be added underneath for modesty.
If you have never shopped at Forever 21 I totally suggest you check it out. It's one of my favorite stores for trendy items at great prices. Their clothes are great and they also have tons of shoes, purses, sunglasses, jewelry, etc.
