Book Review: I Wish I Hadn’t Eaten That!

If like us you’re TAAT (tired all the time) you’ll find I Wish I Hadn’t Eaten That! useful. It lists 20 common heath problems (lack of energy, period pain, acne, headaches etc) and offers simple dietary solutions.
















We like that you don’t have to read the whole book to find out what foods triggers or can prevent your particular ailment. You simply look for your symptoms, however many they may be, note down which chapters deal with them and see which chapter number features the most on your list. Simply read that chapter and you’re on your way to inner harmony.

We followed the book’s advice for two weeks which wasn’t hard at all and have definitely seen improvements with our lack of energy and poor circulation.
