My Pandora Bracelet

As promised, here is my Pandora bracelet. I thought I would show you each bead and explain how Pandora bracelets work.

If you are not familiar with Pandora Charm Bracelets, let me fill you in. Basically you pick which type of actual bracelet you want (I have the sterling silver one with the classic Pandora clasp) and then you can purchase all sorts of fun charms and beads. When you go to initially purchase your bracelet, the jeweler will measure to see which size bracelet you will need. The bracelet should be fitted because it will stretch over time.

The beads and charms attach to the bracelet by screwing onto the thread system. Each bead or charm has threads in the inside and end of the bracelet has threads as well. You can purchase clips (which look just like charms) that keep your beads in sections on your bracelet.

All of my charms have been gifts with the exception of the majestic butterfly charm which I bought. My husband has given me most of the charms and my mom bought me my bracelet and several charms. CLICK HERE to visit pandora.net

I have room for around 6-7 more charms depending on what else I get. I love collecting Pandora charms and it makes me happy to look down at my bracelet and what all the charms mean to me. All of my charms represent something to me, whether it's something or someone that I love. I have fun changing the order of the charms too and whenever I get a new charm I change the order and look of the bracelet. I've had my bracelet for about 1.5 years. It takes time to fill up your bracelet as you collect charms.

My husband typically buys my Pandora charms at Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. The charms start at $30 and go up from there. There are gold, sterling silver, gold/silver mix, charms with stones and precious stones and ones without. They also make dangle charms and ones made from wood and murano glass.
