To Crop or Not to Crop?

Women across the globe will be breathing a collective groan at this trend – the exposed midriff. The Spring/Summer 2011 collections at Yves Saint Laurent, Michael Kors and Versace were awash with it.

Some designers went all out and had their models in what looked like glorified bandeau tops while others kept it a bit more modest and exposed a small sliver just above or below the belly button.
